Course Aim
This course is designed to provide a framework for analysing problems or challenges, collecting the right information, making successful and creative decisions and successfully implementing those decisions.
After completing the course, participants will have more confidence in their ability to analyse and resolve problems - and , hopefully, will make better decisions.
